Born and raised in a small town in the Texas Panhandle, Brenden “Bren” Courtney discovered a passion for music and drumming as a teenager. A largely self-taught musician, he developed his skills through years of dedication and study, drawing inspiration from educators and performers such as Casey Cooper, Adam Tuminaro (The Orlando Drummer), and Jared Falk of Drumeo.
Today, Brenden serves as the touring Drummer and Music Director for country artist Hudson Westbrook. Together, they have performed in amphitheaters, arenas, and stadiums across the world, including shows throughout the United States, Canada, and Australia, while sharing stages with artists such as Morgan Wallen and George Strait. Known for his energetic playing style and commitment to his craft, Brenden is proud to represent Rogers Drums and Bosphorus Cymbals, bringing their instruments to audiences around the globe while continuing to share his passion for music with audiences and fellow musicians around the world.
