If you see an item labeled with "preorder" that means it will take 2-4 weeks for the item to arrive after the preorder date ends. All preorder items are non-refundable and once the order is placed your item is confirmed with the manufacture. If you see “preorder” on an item that means it’s the only opportunity to order it. Once preorders end the item will not be restocked.
If the date has ended and it says in the preorder section "ships in 2-4 weeks" then that is the final stock available for the product (no restocks) and we are waiting for the material to be completed so that is the timeframe for it to ship after you order it. If the item does not have a preorder label then it is going to ship immediately unless you ordered it with a preorder item.
For information on preorder end dates please see the preorder section of the product. Please allow 2-4 weeks after the preorder date ends for a shipping notification email. Any additional items that are not a preorder item ordered with a preorder item will ship all together when the preorder item is ready. You will receive a shipping notification email once your product(s) ship.
AFTER PREORDER DATE ENDS:
Week 1: The items are ordered.
Week 2: Material is being processed and prepared.
Week 3: Production is complete and we pick up the items to pack orders (writing hand written notes, prepacking all apparel, hand cutting tags, etc).
Week 4: All preorder items are shipped.
